The petition letter states:

I urge you to deny Ratna Ling Retreat Center and Dharma Publishing's application for a new Use Permit, PLP08-0021, and further require that the printing operation be moved away from an RRD Zone (to land zoned for industrial use.) The retreat center can continue to operate as a retreat under their 2004 use permit.
